How do I communicate with Freelancers?
"You can post messages on the message boards. If you post a private message, only the user it's addressed to will be able to see it. Once a message is posted on the message board if it is a private message, then that user will also be notified by e-mail the message that you posted a project for them. The freelancer can simply reply to that message. Ps: It's very important that you use the message board to make the freelancer understand the project better, because in case of a future dispute the message board post is your only record of what was communicated earlier before the start of the project"

How does this work for Project Managers?
"After signing up, you can open a project and provide all the details of the projects you want to hire freelance workers. Freelancers will then be able to view your project and bid on it. This is similar to an auction, but there is no mandatory end date and you choose the winning bid yourself. Once you have chosen a Freelancer they will begin work on your project. That's it!. This service is free for buyers but buyers are required to have the Project bid amount ready in their account to accept a freelancer. After acepting a freelancer the buyer can escrow the funds in the name of the Freelancer which will be released after the completion of the project."

How much does this cost for Project Managers?
"Posting a project and selecting a Freelancer is FREE for Buyers but buyers are required to have the Project bid amount ready in their account to accept or finalize a Freelancer. If that doesn't solve your problem, your account could have been deleted for one of two reasons: Either you did not log in for over 365 days and your account has been deleted, or you violated the terms and you have been banned."
